THE BOOK(S) I'M MOST GRATEFUL FOR....

THE BERENSTAIN BEARS
BY STAN AND JAN BERENSTAIN

These were the books that started it all for me- my LOVE for reading. I can distinctly remember being 5 or 6 and laying and bed with my mom each night and reading one of these books before bedtime. These are the first books that I ever really collected and longed for. On the weekends, as a child, I would line up all of them on the floor and sit for hours just re-reading them...something I remember doing even as a teen and adult ;)
I am so grateful for this book series and the deep love and appreciation for stories that they instilled in me.

Yeah for the Bernestain Bears! I loved all of these books. Do you remember the chapter books they did with these characters? I think they were some of my first "big kid" books ever.

I love the Bernstein Bears! I had a few video tapes too. :) I had two books for my choices, Runaway Ralph and the Wishbone version of Journey to the Center of the Earth.
